Chef Andrea Napolitano

I was born in Torre del Greco, a gem nestled in the Gulf of Naples, famous for its coral and cameo craftsmanship. From these natural elements, precious jewelry is created. Even the powders resulting from their processing are valuable and not wasted. This is the philosophy I want to translate into my cooking and my dishes.
I am a young chef, and out of curiosity, as well as for work, I have traveled all over Italy. My dishes stem from a deep love for my Campanian roots and a passion for the sea and fishing. The ingredients I incorporate into my dishes are simple yet refined: with my cooking, I aim to bring back a familiar taste and an opportunity for each person to embark on a journey through memory.
